Qualifications
Intermediate, Graduate or equivalent college degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
