Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of website management professionals.

Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards in website management.
Qualifications
Graduate, Master or equivalent college degree preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
In-depth understanding of the industry/field.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
